ACTIVITIES AT LUNGA RIDING STABLES
CRAOBH HAVEN
OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD

FOR CHILDREN

Mondays 22nd, 29th December 2008 and 5th January  2009
Look after a pony for a day at Lunga Riding Stables.  Suitable for children 8 – 14. 
Drop off your child at 10.30 a.m. and pick up at 2.30 p.m. Day will include getting to know the ponies, grooming, learning about pony care, tacking up and a half hour ride. Bring your own lunch. £20.00 per child.

Tuesdays 23rd and 30th December 2008
Games in the arena, mounted and on foot 1.30 – 2.30 p.m.  Various games suited to absolute beginners as well as novice riders.  £10.00 per child.

Book both a Monday and Tuesday session for the reduced price of £25.

FOR ADULTS
 
Christmas Eve/Boxing Day/New Years Eve 
1.5 hours festive season trek for adults 10.30 – 12.00 Arrive 9.30 if you would like to help get horses ready for the ride.  Enjoy mulled wine, mince pies and nibbles afterwards.  £30.00 per person.

Sunday 28th December 2008
SERC Pleasure Ride Lunga to Aird and back, starting at 11.00 a.m. Entry £8 for members,
£12 for non-members.  Hire of a horse extra.

All the above activities will be subject to safety considerations in extreme weather conditions.

The stables are open throughout the Christmas period apart from Christmas Day and New Years Day for booking treks and lessons.
